Mr. Graley attended Marshall University and graduated magna cum laude. He then earned a degree in French language and culture from the Universite Catholique de Lyon in Lyon, France. He completed his legal studies at The Ohio State University, earning his Juris Doctor in 2003. He is admitted to the West Virginia State Bar, Ohio State Bar, United States Tax Court, and the United States District Courts for the Southern District of West Virginia and the Southern District of Ohio. Mr. Graley is also licensed as an Athletic Agent in both states and has been certified by the National Football League to represent NFL athletes.
